In accordance with the Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India, Hyderabad Educational & Research Centre has established various Institutes and administering at the various places of the Country and imparting informal education to the needy students. More over in accordance with the Honorable Supreme Court of India Judgement reported in AIR 1993 SC 2178 J.P. Unikrishnan v/s State of Andhra Pradesh, that our Institutes are fully empowered to impart Education, conduct Examinations and award Degrees/Diplomas.
